Privacy Policy

Siding Booked Solid (“we,” “us”) is a small marketing and AI phone-answering business in Draper, Utah. We build websites, Google Business Profiles, review requests, call tracking and AI phone lines for siding and gutter companies. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: cole@sidingbookedsolid.com.
1. What we collect and why
When you call our AI line (or a demo line): our AI assistant tells you it’s an AI. It may ask for your name, business name, phone number, email and what you need help with. We use that only to answer you, book a call with Cole, and follow up on your request.
When you call a client company’s AI line: the company is in charge of that information. We collect the same basics (name, phone, area, the problem) so the company can call you back and book the job, and email the company a written summary.
Calls are not recorded. We keep a written summary, not audio.
When you book through Cal.com: Cal.com, Inc. collects what you enter (name, email, time, any notes) under its own privacy policy (https://cal.com/privacy), and shares it with us.
When you visit our website: our host (Framer) and any analytics we use may collect basic technical data like device, browser, pages viewed and rough location. See Cookies below.
When you email us or get our emails: your email address and what you send us.
Clients: business contact and billing details, plus logins you choose to share so we can set up your website, Google profile and phone forwarding.
We don’t collect payment card numbers ourselves, Social Security numbers, or health information. We ask callers only for what’s needed.
2. How we use it
• Answer calls, run demos, and book consultations.
• Send client company summaries of their calls and a monthly report, including booked-call counts.
• Provide and support our services, and send invoices.
• Send occasional business emails (see Section 6).
• Keep our systems secure and follow the law.
We do not sell personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising.
3. Who we share it with
Only vendors that help us run the service, and only what they need:
• Framer — website hosting
• Cal.com, Inc. — scheduling (https://cal.com/privacy)
• Google Workspace — email
• Phone, AI voice and call-tracking providers — to answer and track calls
• Payment processor — to send invoices and take payments
• The client company, for calls made to its line
We may also share information if the law requires it, or if the business is sold (the buyer would follow this policy).
4. How long we keep it
• Call summaries: 12 months then deleted, unless a client asks sooner.
• Prospect info from calls and bookings: 24 months after last contact.
• Client and billing records: as long as tax law requires 7 years.
• Do-not-contact list: kept permanently so we never contact you again.
5. How we protect it
We use reputable vendors, strong passwords and two-factor login, and limit who can see data. No system is perfect, but if a breach affects you we will tell you as Utah law requires.
6. Emails and do-not-contact
Our business emails follow the CAN-SPAM Act: honest subject lines, our name and location, and a working unsubscribe link in every one. We honor opt-outs within 10 business days, usually right away.
If you tell our AI or us “don’t call me,” we stop right away, flag your number and don’t contact you again. We don’t make automated or AI-voice calls to people who haven’t asked us to.
7. Cookies and analytics
Our site may use cookies and basic analytics (through Framer) to see how many people visit and which pages help. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works.
8. Your choices
Email cole@sidingbookedsolid.com to see, correct or delete your information, or to opt out of emails. We’ll answer within 30 days. If you called a client company, we’ll pass your request to that shop and help them handle it.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think we have, email us and we’ll delete it.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the effective date at the top. Big changes will be noted on the site.

$1,000 upfront. After that, $1,000 only for calendar months when we book at least 8 qualifying siding and gutter estimate appointments.
Calls may be answered by an AI assistant that identifies itself as an AI. Calls are not recorded. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
