What counts as a booked job?
An appointment confirmed with your company—not simply a captured inquiry, completed job or paid sale. We agree the exact qualification details in writing before launch. At least eight must be booked within the same calendar month; totals do not carry over.
What does it cost?
$1,000 upfront. After that, $1,000 only for calendar months when we book at least 8 qualifying siding and gutter estimate appointments. The initial $1,000 is nonrefundable, with no additional setup fee. No second invoice before the first qualifying calendar-month target is met.
What happens if you miss?
Each calendar month is measured separately. Fewer than eight qualifying siding and gutter estimate appointments means no additional payment for that month. Estimate appointments do not carry over: six in one month plus two in the next never qualifies. We keep working at no additional charge when the target is missed. The upfront $1,000 is nonrefundable.
Do I have to switch software?
No. Ava emails call details to your company. You confirm appointments and enter them in the software you already use. We don’t connect to or sync with your business software.
Can I hear how Ava would handle my calls?
Yes. On a 30-minute call we’ll walk through how Ava handles a call like “Hail damaged our siding and the gutters are pulling off.” and how the summary reaches your company.
What does the AI do on a call?
Ava answers day and night, identifies herself as an AI, and captures the caller’s name, phone number and service needs. She emails your company a written summary. Your company confirms the appointment.
Are calls recorded?
No. You get a written summary by email, not a recording.
What do I have to do?
Share your services, service area, hours and call-handling preferences. Join a kickoff and live test, then forward calls to Ava and keep the tracking number live. Your company confirms appointment times and reports qualifying estimate appointments for the calendar-month count.
What happens before launch?
I configure Ava and the follow-up, build your website, and test call handling with you. You provide your company’s details and join a kickoff and live test. We agree the qualification details in writing before launch.
Will this get me to the top of Google?
We can’t promise rankings, and nobody honest can. We set up and clean up your Google Business Profile and help you ask for reviews.
If I leave, what do I keep?
Your domain, website and Google Business Profile are yours, in writing.
Why only 5 founding spots, one per service area?
I do each build myself, and I want to do each one right. Taking one company per service area means we never set you up against your neighbor. Once the 5 spots are filled, founding pricing ends.
